We are honoured to have been given the opportunity to be a HOG Chapter here in the Sault.
We are very proud to be sponsored by The Shop Harley-Davidson of Lively Ontario. Having approached Mr. Ron Kinerva, the owner of The Shop H-D Dealership in the Sudbury area, we were granted the privilege to be affiliated and sponsored by The Shop.
Many of our Members are also Chapter Members of the North Channel Chapter from Espanola. We were originally full members of the North Channel Chapter until we formed our own Chapter in Sault Ste. Marie in 2003.
2003 was the 100th Anniversary of Harley Davidson as well as the 20th Anniversary of HOG, and this means so much for all of our Members to have obtained our own Chapter in this great year of Harley Davidson and H.O.G.
We are very active in the community raising money for such worthwhile charities as Child Find, Phoenix Rising and the Sault Area Hospital.
As of 2007, our Chapter has 63 members, with more to come.
The 20th. Provincial Rally will be held in Chatham, July 31 - August 2, 2008
